Dear Patient

I would like to take this opportunity to thank those of you who completed a questionnaire as part of our recent Patient Satisfaction Survey.

The purpose of this Survey was to find out what you think of your Dental Practice and the service we provide. We strive to offer you the best possible service, so we were very keen to receive your feedback. The survey was conducted under three broad headings:

  • How you rated certain aspects of our waiting areas.
  • How you rated us under a list of things which we believe patients regard as important in the service provided by a Dental Practice.
  • Finally we asked you whether or not you would recommend David Reaney & Associates Dental Practice to a friend.
